Worked on deploying and maintaining BiodivPortal, a platform for organizing and sharing knowledge about biodiversity.

Also built the TS4NFDI API Gateway a web service that connects and retrieves information from multiple terminology systems used by NFDI consortia.

In the context of the open-source project OntoPortal, I was invited in person for some months and remotely in 2023 and 2024 to the Stanford Musen lab team to contribute and help develop BioPortal, the world's largest collection of biomedical knowledge systems.

I worked with Lifewatch ERIC (Italy) for five months in 2023 and 2024 on developing and upgrading the EcoPortal platform, a data catalog of resources for ecology and related fields.

Led the technical development and management of the SIFR BioPortal and AgroPortal platforms and servers, working closely with the OntoPortal Alliance open-source technologies. My responsibilities include overseeing on various projects, both short- and long-term, and leading a team of 2-5 developers, including interns and junior members.
